Terms & Conditions

Last updated: April 2026

Please read these Terms & Conditions carefully before engaging Rose & Slate Consulting for any services. By booking a call, signing a proposal, or making a payment, you agree to be bound by these terms.

1. Services

Rose & Slate Consulting ("RSC," "we," "us") provides brand strategy and operational consulting services to service-based entrepreneurs. Our core service offerings include the Foundational Framework, Brand Buildout, Operational Architecture, Workflow Automation, and Podcast Automation, as well as The Architect's Room membership.

The specific scope of services for each engagement is outlined in the proposal or service agreement provided to you prior to commencement of work. RSC reserves the right to adjust service offerings, pricing, and availability at any time.

2. Payment Terms

All service engagements require payment of the setup fee or deposit prior to commencement of work. Ongoing retainer payments are due on the first of each month unless otherwise specified in your service agreement.

Payments are processed through Stripe. By providing your payment information you authorize RSC to charge the agreed amount on the agreed schedule. All prices are listed in US dollars.

If a payment fails, RSC will make reasonable attempts to notify you. Work may be paused on your project until payment is resolved. Accounts more than 14 days past due may result in suspension of services.

3. Deliverables and Timeline

RSC commits to delivering services within the timeframes outlined in your proposal or service agreement. Timelines are contingent on timely receipt of required materials, access, and feedback from the client.

RSC is not responsible for delays caused by incomplete or delayed client submissions. If the project is delayed by more than 30 days due to client inaction, RSC reserves the right to reschedule the engagement or apply a restart fee.

4. Intellectual Property

Upon receipt of full payment, all custom deliverables created specifically for your engagement — including brand strategy documents, copy, and system documentation — become your property.

RSC retains ownership of all proprietary frameworks, methodologies, templates, and processes used in delivering services. You are granted a license to use these for your own business purposes but may not resell, redistribute, or present them as your own intellectual property.

RSC reserves the right to reference your project as part of our portfolio unless you request otherwise in writing.

5. Confidentiality

RSC treats all client information as confidential. We will not share, sell, or disclose your business information, strategies, or materials to third parties without your consent, except as required by law.

We ask that you treat RSC's proprietary frameworks, templates, and methods with the same respect.

6. The Architect's Room Membership

The Architect's Room is a monthly membership. Your subscription renews automatically each month until cancelled. You may cancel at any time through your account settings or by emailing [email protected].

Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. No partial refunds are issued for unused time within a billing period.

Founding member pricing is locked in for as long as your membership remains active and uninterrupted. If you cancel and rejoin, the standard rate at that time will apply.

7. Limitation of Liability

RSC provides brand strategy and operational consulting. While we are committed to delivering high-quality work, we cannot guarantee specific business outcomes, revenue increases, or client acquisition results. Results depend on many factors outside our control including market conditions, client implementation, and external circumstances.

RSC's total liability for any claim arising from our services shall not exceed the total amount paid by you for the specific service in question.

8. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of Washington. Any disputes shall be resolved in the appropriate courts of Spokane County, Washington.
