Refund Policy

At Rose & Slate Consulting, we are committed to delivering high-quality, personalized work. Because our services involve significant time, preparation, and intellectual investment, our refund policy reflects the nature of custom consulting engagements.

1. Setup Fees and Deposits

All setup fees and deposits paid to commence a project are non-refundable. These fees cover the time invested in your onboarding, discovery, and project preparation — work that begins immediately upon receipt of payment.

If you choose not to proceed after paying a setup fee, that fee will not be returned. You are welcome to pause and resume your engagement within 90 days at no additional cost, subject to scheduling availability.

2. Project Engagements

For Foundational Framework, Brand Buildout, and Operational Architecture engagements:

Before work begins: If you cancel before RSC has commenced any deliverable work, you may receive a credit toward a future engagement minus the non-refundable setup fee.
After work has begun: No refunds are issued once deliverable work has commenced. This includes strategy sessions, discovery calls, copywriting, system builds, and any other active project work.
Completed engagements: No refunds are issued on completed work. If you are unsatisfied with a deliverable, please contact us within 7 days of delivery so we can address your concerns and make it right.

3. Workflow Automation and Podcast Automation

Setup fees for automation services are non-refundable once work has commenced. Monthly retainer payments are non-refundable for the current billing period.

You may cancel your retainer at any time with 30 days written notice. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the notice period. No partial refunds are issued for unused days within a billing period.

4. The Architect's Room Membership

Monthly membership fees are non-refundable. You may cancel your membership at any time and your access will continue through the end of the current billing period.

We do not issue partial refunds for unused days within a billing period.

If you experience a technical issue that prevents access to membership content, please contact us immediately at [email protected] and we will resolve it promptly or provide a credit at our discretion.

5. Exceptions

We understand that life happens. If an extraordinary circumstance arises — serious illness, family emergency, or similar situation — please reach out to us directly. We handle these situations on a case-by-case basis with compassion and flexibility.

If RSC is unable to deliver the agreed services due to circumstances on our end, we will issue a full or partial refund as appropriate, or offer to reschedule the engagement at no cost to you.

6. How to Request a Refund or Resolution

If you believe you are entitled to a refund or would like to discuss a concern about your engagement, please contact us within 7 days of the issue arising:
