My Background
I've been in service to others my entire life.
Long before Rose & Slate existed, I was showing up for kids who needed someone in their corner, for families navigating some of their most vulnerable moments, for a community that needed someone to organize, lead, and hold it all together.
For twelve years I ran households, led PTAs, coached teams, and built systems that kept everything moving without a title, without a paycheck, and without anyone telling me how valuable that work actually was.

When I stepped into real estate in 2017, something unexpected happened. I fell in love, not with the transactions, but with the marketing, the branding, the art of helping someone find their voice and stand out. I realized I had been doing this work my whole life. I just hadn't named it yet.
I tried female empowerment coaching. I got certified in Human Design and EFT. I knew who I wanted to serve, I just hadn't yet found the exact door I was meant to walk through.
Then someone who knew me better than I knew myself pointed me toward what I had always been doing naturally; creating clarity, building systems, and helping people show up as exactly who they are.
That's Rose & Slate.
I built this for the woman who has been showing up, working hard, and doing it the way she was taught and who is finally ready to do it her way instead.
